Kevin Cameron joined our board of directors in May of 2023.  He leads Glass Lewis, a proxy advisory services business he co-founded in 2003. He also serves as Chairman of IonetixCorporation, a provider of radioisotopes for diagnostic and therapeutic applications that he co-founded in 2009.  Previously, he was general counsel of Moxi Digital and NorthPointCommunications, a publicly traded broadband telecommunications company. Kevin began his career as an attorney at Kellogg, Huber, Hansen, Todd & Evans in Washington D.C. and served as a law clerk to the Hon. James L. Buckley of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. A graduate of McGill University and the University of Chicago Law School, Kevin is a frequent speaker on financial markets issues and has sat on numerous private and public company boards.
